Offer another option widely known brownies. In this recipe I combined from two recipes from different sources: batter - one, and the cream from the other... Think cakes like you!

Prepare dough tubes. This soft butter will beat into a soft mousse with sugar in a magnificent mass.

Then add the egg, sour cream and ammonium. The ammonium was for me a rarity, but according to the author, if this ingredient is not, it is possible to "delete" and does not need to be replaced. So I did.

Then gradually introduce the flour and yeast.

Get a very soft dough, but the extra flour need not be added. This test is very good to prepare not only tubes, but also various turntables and rolls with fruit fillings. To rasstavat the dough is not necessary, it is produced immediately after mixing.

Roll out the dough thickness of about 3 mm and cut into strips 2 cm wide.

Bake rolls in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 15-20 minutes. Cooled and freed from forms. I took out the cones from the hot tubes, but do this carefully - the dough is soft and can easily break.

Mascarpone mix with condensed milk until smooth. Instead of mascarpone, I used butter cream "Almette".

The cream is quite thick, but filled them with straw before serving, best to chill in fridge.
