Fritters green peas
Simple and delicious pancakes green pleasure and on weekdays and holidays! Lively variety for people weight watchers.

Ingredients

  • Green peas

    400 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

To prepare the products.

Peas boil in salted water for 3-5 minutes. Drain the water.

Grind peas in a blender or just a potato masher. Allow to cool slightly.

To the mashed peas add 1 egg, 1 tbsp flour, 100 g of sour cream. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake pancakes in a frying pan with vegetable oil.

Serve pancakes with fresh tomatoes and sour cream.
