Salad of cucumber, rucolla, shrimp
Easy spring healthy salad will decorate any table.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

  • Arugula

    1 coup

  • Shrimp

    250 g

  • Pepper

  • Sesame

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Black pepper

Boil shrimp in water with salt and Bay leaf, clean, cool. Cut vegetables:pepper strips,cucumber round slices,rucola at your discretion.

Sesame fry in a dry frying pan until Golden brown.

Our sauce: 1 tablespoon wine vinegar+1 teaspoon mustard+ chopped 2 cloves of garlic.

Then add 2 tbsp of olive oil

+ 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt, sugar to taste. Stir thoroughly.
