Adjika
This spring we were at a party in Yuzhnoukrainsk and my husband tried the wasabi flavour, from which drooled. With difficulty, but I managed to cajole the recipe from mom friends suggest, try.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    20 piece

  • Tomato

    6 piece

  • Garlic

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

    1 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    3 piece

Cooking

Peppers and tomatoes them and proverjaem 20 min.

While the tomatoes are cooked, scrollable garlic and hot pepper, add to the tomatoes (which were cooked 20 minutes), and cook for another 10 min.

Then add to the pan the sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and 10 more minutes to cook. And after 10 min add finely chopped parsley and cook for another 5 min. Pour all into sterilised jars and preserve... that's all.. Try and enjoy the taste.
