I made this pie for Breakfast without eggs and whisking. Did not expect that it will turn out so tender, just melt on the lips, a super-airy and incredibly delicious! Try it, I assure You will like it!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Coconut shavings

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

Prunes wash, cut into pieces, add yogurt, sour cream, vanilla and sugar, stir and leave for 15-20 minutes. Instead of prunes, you can add raisins or dried apricots, and instead of cherry yogurt - yogurt with any other flavors. Choose to your taste. Only the percentage of fat sour cream and yogurt take the one that I pointed out.

The prepared mixture again mix well, add flour, starch, baking powder and stir with a spoon until soft and consistency and to avoid lumps.

Put the dough in a greased form, sprinkle popochkoy - mix coconut, icing sugar and cocoa.

Put in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Readiness check with a toothpick in the center of the pie.
