Cooking
To prepare the pie will use dry yeast TM Dr. Oetker, baking with them is always lush.
In warm milk dissolve the yeast, sugar and salt. Add 50 g of soft butter, 1 egg and flour.

Ready divide the dough into 6 equal parts.

In a greased form ( I have a frying pan), lay out first layer of dough, grease it liberally with melted butter and sprinkle with cheese. And so all six layers of dough to lay on top of each other every time the lubricating oil and sprinkling of cheese.
The top layer of dough to grease with a yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Then cut with a knife into squares and leave for proofing for 20 minutes.
Bake pie in a preheated 180 degree oven, for 40-50 minutes until Golden brown.
