Description
In winter, you want a bright, uplifting dishes. This soup is not only elegant green, but still healthy and hearty. Green peas, mint, cream, a mixture of white and wild rice - a great combination!

Cooking
For the soup will need a mix parboiled and wild rice breast of maturity "bubble mix" from the Mistral.
It must be filled with water in the ratio 1:3, to boil on small fire under a cover for 35 minutes.
Frozen peas along with the chopped onion, pour hot water and cook under lid for 8-10 minutes.
Mint leaves, remove from the stems, chop. Some leaves leave for decoration.
Peas with onions and mint grind in a blender into a puree, add cream, heat on the fire for a few minutes, without boiling. Salt. Density adjusting cream.
In dish spread 3-4 tbsp of cooked rice. Pour the soup.
