Cooking
Eggplant cut into circles, salt and leave for 30 minutes. After I rinsed with water and dried with a paper towel.
Fry the eggplant in vegetable oil and leave them on a paper towel to oil the glass.
Onion cut into half rings and fry until transparent.
Eggplant cut into pieces.
To it add the tomato pieces.
Mix the mayonnaise with garlic and lemon juice.
Add the dressing to the salad and mix well. Before salting, try the salad.
