Eggplant in the microwave
Now, don't stop to think that microwave is a thing! The perfect recipe for our heat when standing near the stove does not want to! Quickly, and most importantly - delicious! Especially chilled, and even better the next day.

Ingredients

  • Sesame

  • Greens

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Soy sauce

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 tsp

  • Eggplant

    450 g

Eggplant wash, dry and prick with a fork in several places. To cook in the microwave for 3.5 minutes at a power of 850 watts. Depending on the variety of eggplant available to the microwave, you can adjust the cooking time by 1 minute. The eggplant should be soft.

The eggplants cool, peel, flesh cut into cubes

Add the chopped garlic, oil, juice and soy sauce, pepper to taste, mix well. Add the chopped herbs to taste (I dill).
