Tomato soup with rice, green beans, white fish and assorted seafood is a rich, aromatic with a rich flavor of the dish. Thick, rich soup will definitely appeal to fans of seafood.

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes in own juice

Onion cut into cubes, garlic finely chop and fry in a pan with hot oil for 2 minutes.

Pour the mashed tomatoes in juice, simmer a few more minutes.

Add beans, bring to a boil.

Then add pieces of white fish and saute on medium heat with the lid closed for 5-7 minutes.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. I used a mixture of rice Mistral parboiled, long grain and wild aquatics and Mix.

In a saucepan boil water, add the Bay leaf and seafood, pre-thawed and rinsed. Bring to boil, cook for 3 minutes.

Then add the vegetable mixture with the fish, cooked rice, soy sauce, chopped parsley, herbes de Provence, ground allspice, salt.

Bring the soup to a boil, turn off the heat and let the soup infuse for 5-10 minutes.
