Tantuni is finely chopped fried meat wrapped with fresh tomatoes, parsley and onions with sumac roll in pita bread.

  • Tomato

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 cup

  • Pita

The meat needs to be chopped about as manta rays. easier to work with slightly frozen meat. Meat put in a pan with butter and pajarinen.
