Description
The taste of these buns is familiar to me from childhood. This is my most favorite dish among the pastries. I'm sure your children will appreciate the cooked buns.

Cooking
The yeast is cut into slices and sprinkle them with sugar. After some time, the yeast will melt and become liquid. Yeast with sugar, add eggs, a pinch of salt, butter, pre-melted on the fire, vanilla sugar, milk and carefully stir. Then add the flour and knead the dough. Leave the dough for 1.5 hours in the heat. When will this time, the dough should upset that it has come again (around 15-20 minutes).
Roll out the dough with a thickness of half centimeter and cut out circles with a Cup. Take the circle and put on the palm, making as if bag. In the formed pouch, add a quarter teaspoon of vegetable oil and the same of sugar (depends on size of pouch). And connect the ends of the pouch together.
Turn over the pouch, fingers do tear in the bag and wrenched it so that the left sides.
Now put the buns on a baking tray (pre-greased with butter or covered with parchment paper) and grease the sides with egg yolk.
Preheat the oven to temperature of 220 degrees (about 5 min). Put the baking sheet with the buns and make the fire in the oven less. Bake buns for about 15 minutes until tender.
