Cooking
Separate the flesh from the bones and skin, cut into small cubes
From the seeds and skins left over from cooking the "Chicken in sauce with salami" cook the soup (add black pepper and Bay leaf)
Ready broth be sure to strain
Potatoes cut into small cubes, throw into the boiling broth

Onion finely chop, carrots to RUB on a small grater, sauté with the addition of 2 table. L. Rast. oil until soft
In a saucepan put the chicken and mushrooms, add the onion and carrot, salt, spices, stir if the broth in the cooking process slightly evaporated, add hot water bring to boil and turn the heat off
