Garlic bread with herbs and nuts

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Garlic

  • Sugar

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Sift the flour. Nuts grind quite finely, but not to flour. (in a blender or chop with a knife) Instead of walnuts you can use hazelnuts or cashews. But with Gretzky we liked more. Garlic skip through the press or RUB on a small grater. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Yeast is separately dissolved in water is NOT necessary, that is, immediately mix them with the remaining ingredients. The dough was quite dense, holds its shape well.

In half an hour. Bake bread in preheated to 180* oven for 40-45 minutes. In the last 5-7 minutes for the temperature to increase to 190*. (focus on your oven)
