VAK-belis with beef and rice
Familiar to many small cakes VAK-belis Tatar cuisine. I propose a variant stuffed with beef and rice.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Fat

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Figure

  • Broth

    150 ml

  • Black pepper

1. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the butter and RUB into crumbs.

2. Pour the yogurt on top to add baking soda, salt. Knead soft, elastic dough. Might need a bit more flour.

3. The dough cover with a Cup and leave while we make the filling.

4. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

5. The meat and fat finely chop. Onion cut into small dice. In a Cup mix the meat, fat, onion and rice, stir, season with salt and pepper.

6. From dough to roll small cakes. in the middle put the stuffing and stung the edge, like an accordion. The middle should remain open.

7. Put the pies on a baking sheet, brush lightly hammered egg.

8. Preheat the oven to 190C. Bake approximately 40-50 minutes. 15 minutes after the start of cooking. get the pan from the oven, with a spoon pour into each tart broth. This will allow the cake to be juicy and tender inside.
