Hello!!! I advise you to cook this cake, can, of course, you say that now many other seasonal fresh fruits and lemon will save for winter. I agree and disagree. I am here in the hot summer wanted that pie, maybe I'm not alone... maybe someone else will find... especially, it's very easy to cook. So, mix all ingredients for the dough: flour+egg+melted butter+sugar+salt (on the tip of a knife). Remove the dough 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Lemon peel, pass through a meat grinder or chop in a food processor. You can also grate or grater erase only the zest and the flesh to pass through the press for juice, which I did.
For the filling, whisk the eggs with the sugar white. Add the butter (pre-melt it) + starch.
At the very end add the lemon.
Roll out the dough into the reservoir and fill the form with sides (I took form 26 cm in diameter), make light puncture with a fork, then pour the filling and put in a preheated 180 deg. the oven for 30-35 minutes. 5 minutes before finishing baking get the cake and lightly sprinkle with sugar, then bake it in the oven. The sugar should caramelize. Before cutting the cake, cool it!!!
