Cooking
The softened butter vzbit with sugar, add the cheese, mix well. Sift the flour with vanilla sugar and baking powder, add to the bowl and knead the dough.
It will be soft, not stick to hands. Remove the dough in the fridge for half an hour.
Wash the apples, peel, remove seed pods.
Cut into halves, each to put the date, pitted. Instead of the date put the apricots, walnuts, prunes or nothing put.
The dough, remove from refrigerator, divide into two unequal parts. A smaller part of the roll out to a rectangle the size of the form. The size of my form 20x30. Form to lay a parchment, put a layer of dough. On the dough put half of the apples with dates inside, sprinkle with sugar (I have brown varieties of Muscovado) and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
A large part of dough roll out into a rectangle larger than the form, cover with apples, edge stung. Lubricate the top of the cake with egg yolk mixed with milk (2-3 tbsp).
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour until Browning.
Ready cake sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into pieces.
