In winter or early spring, little to what the country can afford to go on a picnic and barbecue. And all the love for picnics and barbecues found expression to such an idea. I used it during parties, but not in the romantic form. But on the nose on March 8, and will have the opportunity to surprise a loved one or loved ones!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    4 piece

  • Mozzarella

    8 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Green olives

    12 piece

Prepare skewers for our kebabs. For this you need to soak them in a tall glass for 1 hour approximately. If left longer, it may appear shoots :)

Gonna marinate the meat! To do this, cut it across the grain into strips as thick as a finger. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and baking soda and leave for 10 minutes. Then pour lemon juice and massage :) Pepper cut into squares.

Strung meat on skewers, alternating with pepper.

Fry the kebabs in a pan with oil. Make "salad" skewers. to do this, take the mozzarella, olives and cherry tomatoes.

Served on a hot oven dish or, like me, mini-barbecues. Here is great white wine! Flowers and candles optional, but nice ladies!
