This salad, it was under this name that I saw many years ago on the website "Cook. ru". Now to find it never could, but if I understand it right, the salad is quite famous and the name is different-"caf an", "Goat in the garden", "Seven rainbows". This is one of the variations, in my opinion very good for all its simplicity. Doing it for many years and always eaten without a trace and praised very)

Pork cut into wedges or cubes, fry until cooked, spread on a cloth to remove the excess fat.
Potatoes cut into wedges or strips, fried, spread on a napkin
Onions pickling in advance. Beets and carrots (raw) RUB on a coarse grater
All mix, dressed with mayonnaise. Mixed salad just before serving so that the potatoes are not soaked.
