Muffins with jam
Delicious soft muffins in half an hour. Perfect! Love easy to prepare cakes. Just need to mix all the ingredients and half an hour of delicious cupcakes on your Desk!

Ingredients

  • Powdered sugar

    130 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

To prepare the necessary ingredients. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. While preparing the dough, the oven warmed up

Beat the egg, add the powdered sugar and butter (or margarine) room temperature

Stir the mixture. For me it makes a kitchen machine or mixer.

Add kefir. Stir again

To the flour add baking powder and soda, mix well. Gradually add to our mixture. The batter should be liquid, slightly thicker than for pancakes.

Grease a muffin tin with vegetable oil. I didn't do it, but just took the paper forms for muffins. Pour about a tablespoon of the dough into form

Then add a teaspoon of jam in the batter that is already in the forms

From top to distribute the remaining dough. Continue to send our muffins in a preheated 200*C oven for 20 minutes (bake until Golden)
