Vegetable soup-puree with roasted barley
Now is the time to prepare vegetable soups. This soup is cooked without water, without oil, but, nevertheless, very tasty and will warm You cold winter evenings. And roasted barley gives this soup an unusual nutty flavor.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Pearl barley

    50 g

  • Parsley

    1 sprig

Preheat the frying pan Zepter to the effect of the pearls, put the washed and drained pearl barley and fry over high heat until Golden brown.

Add 100 ml of water and reduce heat.

Peel the vegetables and cut into cubes. I have potatoes purple.
