The tender sweet yeast dough with juicy meat filling and spicy carrots. Very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    1 kg

  • Pork

    0.5 kg

  • Beef

    0.5 kg

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Onion

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Sumy

  • Chili

  • Paprika sweet

Cooking

Cut the meat into pieces and mince with onions.

And greens.

Add to the minced spices, salt, mix well.

Roll the dough, cut circles ( size as manti), in the middle put the filling.

To form the patties. Put them in the steamer, cook 1 hour.
