I offer chocolate frosting, suitable for frosting cakes, mannikov, éclairs, roulades, cheesecakes. The frosting is very simple in execution, so will appeal to many. The frosting is soft, gentle. Perfectly applied to the product. The recipe was found on Ineta, many thanks to the author

Cooking
Cocoa powder is good to mix with sugar to avoid lumps. Put into a saucepan. Add the sour cream. A nice rubdown.
Bring mixture to a boil, but do not boil. Remove from heat, add butter and mix well.
Glaze "4 tablespoons" ready to work. Glaze tested on the muffins. It was enough for me to cover the 7 muffins a good layer.
After a long stay in the air the frosting dries and becomes matte. Photo through the day.
