Apricot pie
A very simple recipe. Could not be easier! And the taste is... beyond words! Pie for Natasha-raspberry.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Apricot

    1 kg

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Mix the flour, semolina, soda, sugar.

Apricots grind in a blender if you like it sweeter, add sugar to taste, mix well. Baking dish liberally brush with melted butter and sprinkle layer of dry mix, approximately 0.5 cm.

Layer top with apricots, a little pressing with a spoon, etc., until all the products. The top layer should be of a granular mixture.

Cover with slices of butter. Put in pre heated oven, bake at 180 g until Golden brown.

Allow to cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
