Tomato soup with Orzo and beans
Delicate and rich, thick and aromatic tomato soup will warm you on a cold day and give a piece of summer warmth.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Tomato juice

    250 ml

  • Brisket

    100 g

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Pasta

    1 handful

  • Broth

    1.5 l

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

  • Spices

    2 tsp

Cooking

Peel the onion, pepper and potatoes. Cut everything into cubes, potatoes and bacon cubes of medium size. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly fry the bacon. Add the onion and pepper, stirring occasionally, sauté until light gold.

Add the potatoes and slightly fry it. Cover and simmer until soft potatoes.

Obessmolit tomatoes and cut into cubes.

Put in a saucepan and simmer until tomatoes soften, adding a pinch of sugar. Slightly mash potatoes with a potato masher, slightly. Pour tomato juice and cook for a few minutes, removing the foam.

Pour in the stock and bring to a boil. Add Orzo and cook until soft. Add the canned beans, drain liquid and rinse beans. Sprinkle with oregano and Basil, salt to taste. Cook for a few minutes and allow to stand, covered for 10 more minutes.

Serve hot with fresh white bread and herbs, if desired, sprinkle soup with grated cheese.
