One of our favorite pies. At bake it almost every week. A wonderful bonus recipe of the delicious dough, it produces a simply delicious base for the open savoury pies - meat, fish and vegetable quiches, tarts, and, of course, pizza.

Cooking
Use the oil at room temperature,...
... add salt to taste, 4 tbsp sour cream, flour, vymeshivayut.
Wrap the dough in cling film and put for 10-15 minutes in the freezer.
Cut into thin circles tomatoes, cheese - cubes.
In a greased form put the dough, distribute it across the surface and lifted the boards. We must remember that the tomatoes will give the juice another place, you will need to fill. Spread about half the cheese on it - tomatoes, cheese again.
Prepare the filling - beat eggs with sour cream, salt and pepper. Can add favorite seasonings.

Bake the quiche for about 30 minutes in a hot oven until Browning. Isn't it appetizing? :-)
