Porridge
Another great cereal for a Lenten table! Try! Recipe source: the Cooking newspaper, the author Suvorov N. O., Orenburg region the Author a huge thank you for the idea. But the description was not very good, had to modify.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Pearl barley

    0.5 cup

  • Millet

    0.5 cup

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cooking

Barley to boil and rinse with water. Rice, millet, buckwheat rinse until clean water.

Onion cut into half rings, carrot grate on a grater. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil and we add them to the mushrooms.

Stacked layers in the saucepan (cauldron) barley. On top of the barley fried mushrooms with vegetables.

Next, millet, and top the mushrooms with vegetables.

Then the rice and on top the mushrooms with vegetables.

Put the buckwheat.

In hot boiling water dissolve salt to taste. Fill with water just above the buckwheat. Add favorite seasonings (I have a mixture of spices for pilaf). Put the pan in the oven at 120*C for approximately 40 minutes. You can cook porridge on the stove. Turns out, too cool!
