Pea-potato porridge with smoked cheese
In my family I love mung bean porridge, but not simple, and green split peas Oregon TM "Mistral", which tastes a little sweet and young potatoes. Smoky taste of our porridge will give her grated smoked cheese. Put it in a cooking ring with a slice of bacon, garnish with rosettes of tomatoes and herbs.

    2.5 cup

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Bacon

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Peas

    1 cup


For our dish we're gonna need a pea Oregon green split TM "Mistral".
The peas cover with water and boil for 25 minutes after boiling.
Then add the chopped cube potatoes and cook on slow fire for another 20 minutes.
Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil. Add it to the peas, also add grated cheese and salt to taste.
All grind in a blender into a homogeneous mass.
In the culinary ring (I got from a plastic bottle) on the walls to lay out thin slices of bacon in the middle to put pea-potato porridge, garnish with rosettes of tomatoes and herbs.
It turned out flavorful, slightly Slatina, with smoked flavor porridge, it is delicious!
