Salad with trout
Salad with exotic fruits, delicate smoked trout and an unusual dressing. Indeed, the celebration of taste! This recipe was posted on the website in 2008 by user Mouse-Katyusha (she is another thank you from me!) called "trout Fillet with a mixed salad" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Trout

    125 g

  • Kiwi

  • Cannon

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

  • Orange

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Sesame fry in a dry frying pan.

Salad mix washed and dried of excess moisture.

The cannon cut into stars, leave a few for decoration, and the rest - slices, kiwi fruit peel and also cut into slices. Trout - large pieces. Put in salad bowls and salad mix, and top with fruit and trout.

Dressing: squeeze the juice (with pulp) of 1 orange and add mayonnaise, stir.
