Soup with champignons and cheese
Irinka (Federal) has prepared a soup with cheese:), and thereby gave me the idea that a separate thank you to her:) Well, I made soup with cheese:) Turned out DELICIOUS!!!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Beets

  • Carrots

  • Potatoes

  • Onion

  • Mushrooms

  • Vegetable oil

  • Broth

  • Cheese

  • Flour

  • Pepper

  • Vinegar

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

cooked meat broth shredded cabbage, cut by cubes potatoes added to the broth

overcooked onions and mushrooms (the mushrooms I cut into halves)

put in a saucepan

cleaned and cut cubes of beetroot

the beets in the pan, added sliced carrots, dried bell pepper

from the pan zacaroli broth and poured it into the frying pan for fire

cover and simmer 7-10 minutes

added beets to the flour through a sifter (that was nourishing broth) cook

zazharku added to the pot, added a few drops of vinegar to preserve the bright color of the soup

salt pepper add to taste some sugar (it's not for everybody) squeezed garlic

chopped greens mixed removed the foam a pot of soup was removed from the plates when serving hot soup, add grated on a fine grater cheese
