Souffle of liver
Nothing unusual about that. Everything is quite simple. Another reminder that a wonderful thing - steamer! For a healthy diet!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

Cooking

Peel the onion and carrots. Chop onion, carrot grate. To fry in butter.

Liver clear from the films and veins. Cut into pieces.

Mince together with onion.

Add the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Add the flour (or semolina). Mix well.

Get our helper-the steamer. In the bowl of cereals spread a third of the liver mass.

On top of fried onions and carrots. And so alternate layers.

Last - the liver. Set the timer for 45 minutes waiting for the sound of "tink". :-D :-D Souffle is ready!!! Eat healthy food the health!!!
