My husband decided to make me a cake for Valentine's day! The recipe I chose... so easy! I want to buy you, dear cooks. Come on in, help yourself! It turned out very well!

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    200 g

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Cream cheese

    150 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Liqueur

    1 Tbsp

  • White chocolate

    200 g

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Cream cheese

    150 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Flavor

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    120 g

Cookies grind in a blender into crumbs.

Melt the butter in the microwave. To add to the liver. Mix well.

Put the biscuits into the prepared cake tin (21 cm), carefully flatten the cookies with a spoon. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Leave to cool.

Prepare dark cream. Dark chocolate heat in a microwave.

Mascarpone, cream cheese and salt beat with a mixer.

Add melted chocolate and liqueur. Mix well.

Spread the dark cream on the cooled cake. The blade grind over the entire surface. Put in the fridge for an hour.

Prepare light cream. Melt white chocolate in a water bath. Do not use the microwave for the white chocolate.

Otdelny in a bowl, whisk the mascarpone, cream cheese and salt. Add the melted white chocolate. Spread light cream on dark cream frozen. Smooth spatula. Put in refrigerator for 2 hours to harden.

Prepare frosting. Cream bring to a boil. Remove from the heat. Add the dark chocolate. Stir.

Pour the cooled frosting on a frozen cake. Leave the cake in the refrigerator overnight.
