Description
Juicy delicious pie dough with a filling of bacon, ham and sweet pepper. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user volga1201 called "Cheese pie with bacon and pepper" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Chop the flour with butter crumbs, add salt and water. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Bacon, ham and peppers cut into strips. Grate cheese on a grater.
Beat the eggs with sour cream.
In the fill to add the bacon, ham and half of cheese.
In a baking dish and put the dough. On the bottom put a layer of peppers, sprinkle the dressing.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and place in preheated 180°C oven. Bake for about 40 minutes until Golden brown.
