Salad of boiled herring and beets
Salad of boiled herring and beet yogurt mustard sauce with ginger "Dinner for Barbie." This dish I want to draw attention to the culinary audience on the remarkable properties of BOILED herring (I took frozen Atlantic) and great taste. Was in my life a period when I a long time I had to stick to the diet and this remarkable fish have diversified my menu and made it attractive.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Cranberry

    2 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    140 g

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

Cooking

Herring thawed, cleaned and boiled. For cooking in water, added a Bay leaf and a few peas black pepper. Boiled fish removed, bone removed and laid out on a plate.

Cut beets (pre-boiled), onion, cucumber and Apple.

For the sauce ginger and garlic rubbed on a grater, add the mustard, salt and natural yoghurt.
