Cooking
Yolks, sugar and margarine beat until white. Add the vanilla sugar and rum. Sift flour with baking powder, stir into the egg mixture. Pour in the milk and again mix well with a mixer. Separately, beat egg whites and whisk stir in the egg-flour weight. In winter you can add to the dough cinnamon, lemon and orange zest. Bake in a waffle machine.
I love that the waffles were crispy, so I spread the finished waffles on a wire rack.
Served with Apple mousse. Applesauce cook 500 gr. purified from the core and skin apples. Add a little sugar, lemon juice and water.
When the apples are soft they need to be spuriosity.
Our family is a very large portion. I only do half of all servings.
