Beef Mexican
Why Mexicans? - I don't know, I think Mexicans love meat with beans and chilli peppers. Was very hearty, spicy stew.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Pre-soak the beans in cold water for 7-8hours. Meat cut small cubes, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with spices and leave for 30 minutes.

Onion cut into half rings, tomatoes - diced, garlic in small pieces.

In vegetable oil fry the meat and onions.

Add the tomatoes and fry, stirring, for another 7 minutes.

Pre-soaked beans to boil until soft.

Add the beans, garlic, chili sauce and tomato paste diluted in 1-1,5 cups water to the meat. Stir, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for about 45-55 minutes.

For 5-7 minutes before end of cooking, add dried parsley, to taste the dish for salt and pepper.
