Buckwheat with mushrooms and spicy onions
Buckwheat porridge with mushrooms we all know and loved. I propose to make a small innovation. Of course, the fried onions is no surprise, but just a teaspoon of aromatic spices just transform it.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Zira

    0.25 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.25 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 pinch

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Mushrooms wipe clean with a cloth and cut into slices.

Fry them in butter for 3 minutes, then add the buckwheat. Fry 1 minute, pour 1.5 cups of water and boil until cooked cereals. Salt the pot to taste.

Onion cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until transparent, add spices.

Fry until a beautiful caramel color.

Serve the kasha with hot spicy onions.
