Cooking
To turn on the oven. Melt in a water bath chocolate. Beat soft butter with sugar. Add the eggs and whisk.
In flour, add salt, stir, add in the egg-oil mixture. Beat again. The dough will be liquid.
In a cake pan pour half of the batter. Suggest to take a narrower form. For the dough pour half of the chocolate with a knife and gently stir. Repeat the procedure with second half of dough and chocolate.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. The readiness check with a toothpick.
The cake rose a little bit. Texture it fine. The dough is light, dry, slightly crumbly. The taste of the cake really depends on the quality of chocolate.
