Cooking
We need: baked ham, arugula, pear, sweet pepper, Parmesan cheese and pine nuts. Favourite salad dressing will be olive oil and Pesto sauce.
A few words about meat. The pork I cook at home, just in case, I spread the method of preparation. Pork cleaned of grease, to make cuts and RUB with garlic.
Sprinkle them with seasoning for meat.
Be placed in the sleeve and send in the oven for 1 hour.
You get home tender, juicy and wholesome meat.
And now about the salad. Wash arugula and place in a salad bowl.
The pork and arugula will add a sweet red pepper.
Bag split into 2 parts, one shall cut cubes, and the second will leave for decoration.
Add grated Parmesan. Fill the pine nuts. Pour olive oil and Pesto sauce. Mix everything.
Decorate with slices of pear and call a loved one to the table!
