Salad
The combination of sweet pear, tender baked ham and bitter arugula makes this salad a festive table decoration.

Ingredients

  • Pork

  • Lettuce

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Pine nuts

    50 g

  • Olive oil

  • Sauce

We need: baked ham, arugula, pear, sweet pepper, Parmesan cheese and pine nuts. Favourite salad dressing will be olive oil and Pesto sauce.

A few words about meat. The pork I cook at home, just in case, I spread the method of preparation. Pork cleaned of grease, to make cuts and RUB with garlic.

Sprinkle them with seasoning for meat.

And now about the salad. Wash arugula and place in a salad bowl.

Bag split into 2 parts, one shall cut cubes, and the second will leave for decoration.

Add grated Parmesan. Fill the pine nuts. Pour olive oil and Pesto sauce. Mix everything.
