In his extensive library came across a cooking book 70-ies. Loved this recipe easy budget pie. I made the adjustments and it made a wonderful cake which can become the decoration of the Christmas table!

Cooking
Breadcrumbs fry in a dry pan, stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes. Proteins separated from the yolks. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until increase in volume.
Proteins beat until soft peaks form.
Add the yolks to the flour and butter to room temperature. Beat at low speed of mixer.
Add the breadcrumbs, whisk.
Input proteins, mix gently folding movements.
The pan (size approximately 23 x 33 cm) with baking paper. Pour the dough into an even layer. and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Here's the cake I took out of the oven. Cooled.
While the cake cools, make the glaze. Cream pour in a saucepan, heat and add the broken chocolate and stir actively until a homogeneous smooth mass.
Lubricates the top of cake icing. Cut it in half and put one on top of another. Cut into squares. Cooled and served to the table.
