Oranges peeled, cut into slices thickness of 0.5 cm.
In a small saucepan pour 100 g sugar a little water, heat on a slow fire until the sugar is dissolved. To increase the fire and wait until it becomes a thick syrup.
Syrup quickly, pour into a form, pre-lubricated with oil.
Put the oranges in the syrup.
Separate the yolks from the whites. RUB the yolks with the remaining sugar and a small pinch of salt to whitening. Add the vegetable oil, flour and baking powder.
Whip whites into a thick foam and carefully add them to the dough.
Pour the batter into the oranges. Bake in a preheated 220 C oven for 30 min. to Check the readiness. Flip once pulled from the oven. Allow to cool and eat cold.
