Super-fast pies
Very fast, very tasty, very tender!!! I really yummy taught my mummy to do. For which many THANKS to her!!! If such a recipe on the website is - sorry, all the cookies on our website cannot be seen!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

    500 ml

Grind onion (I was still green) and cabbage, fry in vegetable oil.

Add the mushrooms (I cooked), fry a couple of minutes. Add boiled eggs, salt to taste - the stuffing is ready.

Egg whisk with sugar, add everything else. Add the flour little by little, you should get the dough as thick curd. The secret to these pies - in the minimum amount of flour!!!

Take the Board (I have the tray) pour 3-4 tablespoons of flour. Tablespoon, soaking it in water, put the dough on the flour and coat the same with a spoon in the flour to form a ball. And so we spread the balls, how much is enough space.

Hands sprinkle with flour, take one of the balls and put the pie (with filling, as it should be), as needed dipping hands in flour.

Put the pie back on the tray with flour. A couple of secrets: 1. the less the dough is kneaded by hand - the better, the less it sticks (and the flour is too less). 2. Cakes it is better to do a round lepeshechki - they look beautiful.
