Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

  • Bulgur

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    2.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

Here they are - our "remnants" wonderful grains from TM Mistral. Brown rice, bulgur and buckwheat.

Wash rice. Boil water, put into it the rice and cook for 20 min.

Then add the bulgur and cook usche 5 minutes, on low heat, with the lid closed.

Then add the buckwheat, stir, salt. Cook for 10-12 minutes.

While cooked rice, prepare zazharku. Onions and carrots clean and cut.

In vegetable oil fry the vegetables.

After 5 minutes after laying buckwheat spread zazharku, stir, salt to taste, add the Bay leaf. To bring to readiness.
