On the website there are recipes for bread without kneading, but this recipe, who shared with me Nadia (the beautiful kitty) is still different. Very well, very lazy recipe, and the result is simply stunning! The bread turns out very crispy and very porous crumb, and what it is delicious, especially warm! Help yourself!

Cooking
In a Cup sift the flour, add the yeast and salt. Pour water at room temperature.
Hand slightly promisit (literally 10-15 seconds). Cover with foil and leave it for a day (!!!) at room temperature.
Through the day here how the dough: it increased 1.5 - 2 times and all the "covered" bubbles. The dough is sticky, viscous. More flour is not necessary to add.
Spread the dough with a scraper on podpylenny flour on the table and scraper, stretch the dough into the reservoir (with a thickness of about 1-1,5 cm).
Wrap one side of the seam, then the other (as pictured).
Loaf pan (I have a 13 x 23 cm), but need a little less grease with vegetable oil and put our preparation of bread.
To rasstavat bread is not necessary. Immediately put the form of bread in a preheated 200°C oven for 55-60 minutes. Be guided by your oven! Wrap the finished bread in a towel and let it cool down completely.
