We have a few similar recipes crumpets. But I think mine differs, at least in form. This recipe I have been living. Donuts made mostly for chicken broth. Donuts everyone likes. The dough starts very quickly, but most importantly here it is a long time to knead, it should be soft.

Cooking
Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add the egg, salt, whisk.
In flour, add sugar, baking powder, and ProSeal. Add to the yogurt. Knead a soft dough. The dough will be sticky, then you need to sprinkle it slightly with flour. Much this dough is not knead, otherwise it will be like rubber. Wrap in cling film and leave for 20 minutes.
