Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    0.66 cup

  • Water

    2 l

  • Peas

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Thyme

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Cherry tomatoes

    8 piece

  • Greens

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

1. Pearl barley rinsed in several waters and boil in salted water over moderate heat, necessarily removing the formed foam from the top.

2. Then drain the excess water and put the barley porridge in a pan with a thick bottom.

3. The peas soak overnight in cold water. Then boil and add the pearl barley porridge. And barley, and peas it is better to digest, porridge will taste better.
