Cooking

step-0
First mix honey, water, 1 egg and egg yolk. In another bowl mix all dry ingredients: 200 gr of cereals, flour, 200 gr sugar, cocoa, baking powder, ground almonds. Connect both parts, add the cold margarine, cut in pieces (1 tbsp margarine reserve for the filling) and knead a dough. Postpone a bun to the side.
step-1
Now make the filling: 1 tbsp margarine muesli and fry the remaining 100g of cereal. 3 protein, beat with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form. Continuing to whisk, add the vanilla and the sugar will turn sticky white mass, which we must add the roasted cereal flakes and scalded raisins. Mix well.
step-2
Turn on the oven at 180*C Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm (better on paper and through the paper, then nothing will stick), cut out 40 circles with a diameter of 6 cm Placed 20 circles on the sheet and top with 1 tsp filling. The remaining 20 clubs put on the toppings and lightly press around the edges. Bake for 20 minutes at 180*C.
step-3
Remove the cooled cookies from the sheet and remove the alloy :)
step-4
step-5
In a closed dose of cookies stored up to 2 weeks (but not me :) )
step-6
Toppings get a lot more than necessary. In the remaining stuffing added flour (to the consistency of pancake), and baked another simple cookie.
