Strawberry sambuk
Very delicious and light dessert of strawberries.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

    200 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Chocolate milk

Soak gelatin in 100 ml of water

Make strawberry sauce. 100g strawberries, finely chop, pour 100 ml of water and bring to a boil. Add 50 g sugar and vanilla. Cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. If the dessert is for adults, you can add a couple of tablespoons of brandy

When the sauce is ready, drain it and let cool

In the mixer downloadable whites with sugar, whisk until light foam, add the remaining strawberries and beat for another few minutes. Then add the dissolved gelatin. Continue whisking for another 2-3 minutes. Pour in molds and put in the fridge

Well, actually, that's all. Sambucus is frozen, place it on a "pillow" of chocolate, pour the strawberry sauce and decorate with strawberries!!! Bon appetit!!!
