                            The chickpeas soak in water overnight. Drain the water, put the chickpeas in a saucepan, pour 0.5 liters of water and put on fire. Bring to a boil and cook on a slow one.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Peel the onions and cut into half rings. Lamb cut into pieces.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            In a pan heat olive oil, fry the finely chopped hot pepper, onion until soft, stir in cumin, turmeric, ginger and paprika.                             Meat with onions put in a saucepan with the chickpeas, if necessary, pour in water (enough to cover contents of pan).                             Add the tomatoes to the soup, pour 0.5 liters of water, bring to a boil. Add the lentils.
