Quick pickled mushrooms
A delicious appetizer of mushrooms. Is prepared pretty quickly.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Mushrooms cut into four pieces. In a pan, pour the wine and put the mushrooms. Put on the fire.

The liquid produces a lot. Evaporate it over high heat.

Until the liquid is evaporated, prepare the marinade. In a container, which will marinate the mushrooms, pour olive oil, vinegar, add the mustard, parsley, chopped garlic, salt, sugar.

Mix thoroughly.

All liquid from mushrooms evaporates.

Put the hot mushrooms in the marinade and leave them in the marinade until cool. Once the marinade has cooled, the mushrooms are ready!
